A LITTLE CLARITY

Refunds & cancellation

How to manage a WebAct subscription, understand cancellation, and raise a billing question.

Draft updated: September 21, 2026

Policy preview. This page describes the current product and proposed terms. The operator’s legal identity, address, contact details, and final policy terms must be completed before public release. It is not a finalized agreement.

What you are subscribing to

WebAct Pro is $7.99 USD per month and Business is $14.99 USD per month, plus applicable tax. Managed AI usage is separately metered. WebAct subscriptions do not replace any subscription required by an AI or integration provider.

Review the price, recurring billing period, renewal information, taxes, and usage charges in the actual checkout flow before confirming a purchase.

How to cancel

  1. Sign in to the WebAct account used for the purchase.
  2. Choose Manage subscription when the billing portal is available.
  3. Complete the cancellation steps in the portal.
  4. Check its confirmation and effective date, and keep that confirmation for your records.

Uninstalling the extension, signing out, removing a browser-model connection, or stopping a task does not cancel a recurring subscription. If you cannot reach billing, use Contact & support.

Access and charges after cancellation

The billing portal’s confirmed cancellation and access dates determine when renewal or plan access changes. Do not assume that a sign-out or uninstall changes those dates. Charges already incurred for managed AI are separate from unused subscription time.

This static page cannot inspect, change, or cancel a live subscription. Complete the action through the authenticated account service and payment provider.

Refund requests

A commercial refund policy has not yet been finalized for this preview. This page does not promise a particular refund window or impose a blanket no-refunds rule. Final refund terms must be shown before paid subscriptions are offered publicly.

For a disputed, duplicated, or unexpected charge, prepare a billing request with the purchase email, invoice or receipt reference, charge date, and a short explanation. Never include a full card number, card security code, password, or verification code.

Applicable statutory rights take precedence over any commercial policy. Eligibility depends on the transaction and the law that applies; a request is not the same as a confirmed refund.

Changing your plan

If you already subscribe, use Manage subscription to review the available changes and their effective dates. Review any charge or credit displayed before confirming. A successful checkout redirect alone is not proof that account entitlements have updated.
