A little clarity on plans.
What counts as one of my 25 free tasks?
An automation counts once when WebAct starts its first action. The steps, retries, recovery, and necessary clarifications within that task do not count again. Your allowance renews each UTC calendar month. Browser chat does not use your task allowance.
Do I need an API key?
No. Browser mode uses your signed-in ChatGPT browser session; your provider’s limits still apply. Managed AI access requires a paid WebAct subscription, with AI usage billed separately.
What happens when I use all 25 free tasks?
Your browser chat stays free. Wait for the next UTC calendar month or choose Pro or Business to continue browser automations without a WebAct task cap.
Are AI costs included in the subscription?
The listed subscription prices do not include unlimited managed AI. Managed AI usage is metered separately. Browser mode remains subject to the provider’s limits and terms.
Can I cancel or change my subscription?
Open your account and choose Manage subscription when billing is available. Review the effective date shown by the billing portal. Uninstalling the extension does not cancel a subscription. See refunds and cancellation for the current policy status.
What makes Business different?
Business expands webhook destinations from 3 to 25 and adds opt-in automatic delivery of future completed task results. It does not include seats, SSO, or a shared team workspace.
