For a handoff or a quick status check, a flat sheet can be easier to share than a board. Keep the list name beside each card so To do, Doing and Done remain separate after export. Ask for visible labels as text instead of treating a label color as its meaning.
If a card only shows a due-date icon or a member avatar, that does not provide the date or a reliable full name. Make the required detail readable first or leave it blank. Review the CSV against the cards before distributing it.

Atlassian documents native CSV export as a Trello Premium feature and also documents JSON export. Other export tools exist. This WebAct recipe creates a small CSV from readable board content; it does not unlock Trello Premium or reproduce a complete native export.
Will card descriptions and checklists be included?
Not from collapsed card previews. This task uses the selected board content. Open and supply the details you need for a separate focused task; do not assume hidden descriptions or checklist items were read.
How are lists and labels represented?
Each card gets a row, with its visible list name in a separate column. Preserve visible label text as a semicolon-separated list. Unknown labels, member names and due dates remain blank.
Does this change my Trello cards?
No source changes are part of the task. You receive a separate CSV for review and can import it into a spreadsheet yourself. It does not monitor card moves or update Google Sheets in the background.
What should I check in the result?
Two cards retain their different lists; hidden dates and links remain blank. Unloaded or archived cards, hidden descriptions, checklist items and attachment contents are excluded. The exported selection is not a full-board backup.
Can I use this on the Free plan?
Yes. Install the Chrome extension, verify your WebAct account and use an available ChatGPT browser connection in the same Chrome profile. Free includes 25 user-started automation tasks per calendar month (UTC), shared across all tools. A task counts when its first action starts; steps and necessary retries within that task do not count separately. Provider limits apply. After 25 tasks, upgrade or wait for the reset.
Does this page run the task?
