Use this when a teammate needs just the task names, statuses and due dates from the view you are working in. You can ask for a different column order without changing the database. The result is a snapshot you can open in Excel or import into Google Sheets.
Check relation and rollup cells carefully: WebAct can preserve the displayed value, but it cannot reconstruct an underlying database relationship from that label. Blank and hidden values must stay distinguishable from a confirmed zero.

Notion includes a built-in Markdown & CSV export for databases. If you need an ordinary database export, start with that option. WebAct is useful for a small selection with custom columns or wording. It does not bypass workspace export restrictions.
Will this export all rows in a filtered Notion view?
The output covers only the rows WebAct can actually read in your selected context. A filter does not guarantee all matching rows have loaded. Compare the reported row count with your intended selection; use Notion’s native export for broader coverage.
Can I export a Notion relation or formula?
Include only the value displayed in the selected cell. Related-page contents, formula definitions and hidden rollup inputs are outside this recipe. Ask for missing or truncated cells to be flagged instead of completed from guesses.
Can I open the CSV in Excel or Google Sheets?
Yes. Import the downloaded CSV and check the delimiter and text columns. Keep IDs as text and review how your spreadsheet interprets dates. WebAct creates a local file; it does not keep the spreadsheet synchronized with Notion.
What should I check in the result?
Two selected tasks; the second due date stays blank and both rows identify the source view. Only readable, loaded rows are included. Hidden properties, unopened relation records, subpages and the rest of your workspace are excluded. Follow your workspace’s export and data-sharing rules.
Can I use this on the Free plan?
Yes. Install the Chrome extension, verify your WebAct account and use an available ChatGPT browser connection in the same Chrome profile. Free includes 25 user-started automation tasks per calendar month (UTC), shared across all tools. A task counts when its first action starts; steps and necessary retries within that task do not count separately. Provider limits apply. After 25 tasks, upgrade or wait for the reset.
Does this page run the task?
