How to make a focused CSV export from a Notion table view
A small Notion export is useful when a teammate needs selected rows and a particular column order in a spreadsheet. The result is a snapshot of the table content you make readable.

How the workflow works.
Choose the properties to include and preserve their displayed values. A relation label or formula result can be recorded as text, but that value does not recreate the underlying relation or formula in a spreadsheet.
What to check in the result.
Compare the exported rows with the chosen view and inspect blank dates or properties. Do not assume that a filter means every matching database record has loaded or been included.
Import the CSV with a consistent delimiter and inspect text identifiers, dates and amounts before using spreadsheet totals. Keep the original file available while checking any automatic type conversion.
