Which part of the workflow does WebAct perform?

This browser recipe does not include: Zoho API integration, automatic meeting-note retrieval, record lookup and saving CRM updates. Real CRM editors still need individual compatibility tests. Auto-saving forms are outside this unsaved-draft recipe.
When would I use this instead of a CRM integration?
For an occasional edit, supply exact field names and replacement values on the open CRM form. Review the proposed changes and save them yourself. Recurring synchronization belongs in an integration; repeated profile details may already work with a free form filler. Custom editors and unsupported fields can still require manual entry.
