An insight connects evidence to a meaningful pattern or implication, while retaining the distinction between what was observed and what is inferred.
Why does a proposed insight overstate what interviews establish?
It may claim causation or prevalence beyond the sample. Narrow the wording and describe what further evidence would test it.
