How to use the Business Model Canvas Generator.
A business model canvas exposes assumptions across the whole business. Connections between customers, channels and costs matter more than filling every box with polished copy.
Make the workflow fit your task.
Map the customer, value proposition and delivery model across the canvas, then connect revenue to the activities and resources required. Mark unsupported entries as assumptions so the canvas becomes a testable business model.
- What you provide

Customer relationships: direct questions and session follow-up. Revenue streams: per-session fees. Key resources: instructor, hall and craft supplies. Key activities: promotion, booking, preparation and teaching. Key partners: hall operator, supplier and community groups. Cost structure: hall rental, supplies and instructor time.

Decisions and troubleshooting.
Should all nine canvas areas be equally detailed?
Cover each area, but spend more attention on uncertain connections that could change viability. Equal word counts do not improve the model.
Why does the canvas look complete but feel disconnected?
Trace one customer from acquisition through delivery and payment. Missing activities, partners or costs often appear along that path.
Try it with your own source.
Replace the example with your material in the task prompt. Keep the requirements you need, then copy the task into WebAct.
