How to use the Brand Messaging Framework Generator.
Each messaging pillar needs evidence and a distinct purpose. Repeating the same benefit in three different phrases does not create a useful framework.
Make the workflow fit your task.
Choose a central promise and distinct supporting pillars. Attach evidence, audience concerns and example wording to each pillar, then remove overlaps so the framework gives writers useful choices.

Decisions and troubleshooting.
How many messaging pillars should I use?
Use the smallest set that covers the important customer needs. Each pillar should add a different reason to consider the offer.
Why do all the pillars say the same thing?
Compare their supporting evidence. If the same feature proves every pillar, combine them or identify a genuinely different customer benefit.
Try it with your own source.
Replace the example with your material in the task prompt. Keep the requirements you need, then copy the task into WebAct.
