How to export the completed Todoist tasks you can actually inspect
A completed-task export can support a personal review or a small activity record. Its value depends on preserving the selected history and distinguishing recorded completion from other dates.
Start with the right material.
- What you provide
- selected readable completed Todoist tasks for a named period.
- The intended result
- A CSV of selected readable completed task entries.
How the workflow works.
Use the completed items you supply and keep project context and any explicit completion time. Do not substitute a due date when the actual completion date is absent.
What to check in the result.
Check the time window and visible item count before drawing conclusions. A selected history view is a bounded sample, not proof that every task completed in an account was included.
Import the CSV with a consistent delimiter and inspect text identifiers, dates and amounts before using spreadsheet totals. Keep the original file available while checking any automatic type conversion.
Learn from the worked example.
The downloadable CSV example uses these columns: Task, Project, Completed at, Labels. Compare a complete record with the source before sorting, combining or importing your own output.
The supplied example is illustrative. It is not a recorded run on your data.

- Open the source you want to work with and activate WebAct on that tab.
- Copy the task from the hero, add any required fields or preferences, and review the proposed actions.
- Compare the first result with your source. Ask for a specific correction or refinement where needed.
