How to split address text into reviewable fields
Address splitting prepares a single address string for a structured form or spreadsheet. A useful result preserves the original while separating components that the source clearly supports.

How the workflow works.
Specify the target fields and provide country context where known. Keep apartment or building information attached to the right component, and flag uncertain city, region or postal-code boundaries.
What to check in the result.
Review the split against the original address and destination requirements. Parsing text does not validate deliverability, and missing locality information should not be completed from guesswork.
Import the CSV with a consistent delimiter and inspect text identifiers, dates and amounts before using spreadsheet totals. Keep the original file available while checking any automatic type conversion.
