How to extract email addresses from selected Gmail content
An address list helps organize the explicit contact addresses present in selected messages. Keeping the address with its context prevents a sender, recipient and quoted contact from being confused.

Identify the addresses actually shown and record their role where readable. Apply a stated deduplication rule while retaining source references for ambiguous or repeated entries.
What to check in the result.
Review the list before use and keep missing names unknown. Extraction and formatting do not verify mailbox ownership, delivery or permission to contact someone.
Import the CSV with a consistent delimiter and inspect text identifiers, dates and amounts before using spreadsheet totals. Keep the original file available while checking any automatic type conversion.
