Customer goal: reduce catalog-update mistakes. No baseline yet. Customer operations lead owns review; vendor success lead supports setup. Create a proposed four-week plan.
Completed example
Week 1 — Customer operations lead: record current error types and reviewed-update count. Week 2 — Both leads: agree a review checklist and apply it to a small update batch. Weeks 3–4 — Customer lead: log exceptions and total reviewed updates using the same definitions. End of week 4 — Both leads: compare the observed rates and unresolved causes. Success threshold: agree after baseline; no improvement is claimed yet.

Can completed training sessions count as the customer's success outcome?
They are activities unless the agreed outcome is training completion itself. Connect them to the business or workflow result the customer wants.
Why is progress impossible to demonstrate at the review?
The baseline or evidence source may never have been agreed. Establish them before claiming an improvement.
