RESULT
Demand: 12 + 12 = 24 hours.
Available capacity: 20 hours.
Gap: 4 hours.
Options for the owner: defer at least 4 hours, reduce scope by that amount, or obtain confirmed additional capacity. Neither task's priority or divisibility is supplied, so no reassignment is assumed.

REVIEW
Capacity planning should account for availability and skills, not just task totals. Identify overload rather than silently assigning impossible work.
